Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conducting client intake and evaluating cases

• Responding to incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients

• Accurately and efficiently gathering and documenting case details

• Assessing potential cases to determine their suitability and feasibility

• Ensuring that each caller feels acknowledged, supported, and informed about the next steps

• Sales and client conversion responsibilities

• Guiding prospective clients through the sign-up process

• Establishing rapport and converting qualified leads into signed clients

• Employing persuasive communication and consultative sales techniques

• Achieving or surpassing monthly performance and conversion targets

• Relationship management and coordination tasks

• Collaborating with the intake management team on case evaluation decisions

• Maintaining robust relationships with clients and internal teams

• Ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication

• Administrative and system management duties

• Entering and maintaining accurate data in the firm’s case management system

• Uploading and organizing documents and client information

• Performing additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service roles

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to balance empathy with persuasive sales abilities

• Comfort in working within a goal-driven, performance-based setting

• Capability to multi-task while typing at a speed of 40+ WPM

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and adaptable schedules as required

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Experience in legal intake or personal injury is advantageous
