This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct Elevated Consultative Intake Conversations: Initiate outbound calls to individuals seeking assistance, guiding them from a vulnerable state to a proactive approach.
• Empathic Deep Listening & Value Messaging: Attentively listen to sensitive accounts of OCD symptoms with empathy, and effectively communicate how NOCD’s specialized ERP therapy can aid them in regaining control over their lives.
• Navigate Complex Objections: Skillfully address typical barriers to care (e.g., financial concerns, scheduling hesitations, fear of initiating therapy) using advanced objection-handling techniques to encourage continued engagement.
• Drive Enrollment Conversions: Take ownership of the initial relationship with the objective of connecting the member to care and scheduling their first session by the conclusion of the initial contact.
• Implement Feedback: Welcome and promptly apply regular coaching from leadership regarding call quality, metric tracking, and conversational delivery.
• 1–3 years of experience in a consultative sales, enrollment, or high-stakes intake environment, with performance metrics/KPIs as a measurement of success.
• Exceptional emotional resilience and the ability to smoothly transition from a deeply empathetic conversation to a structured enrollment close.
• Outstanding communication skills—capable of discussing complex mental health topics with authority, clarity, and warmth.
• Technologically adept; able to navigate multiple software platforms, scheduling systems, and communication channels concurrently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
