This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients through phone, email, and online channels, focusing on personal injury inquiries.
• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to gather legal, personal, and incident-specific information from prospective personal injury clients.
• Precisely input and manage client data in the intake management system while ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
• Assess client inquiries to ascertain case eligibility and outline next steps, guaranteeing prompt follow-up and appropriate routing to legal professionals.
• Deliver clear and empathetic explanations regarding the legal intake process, expected timelines, and available services.
• Assist attorneys and legal teams by ensuring that client information is thorough and well-organized for their review.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions, particularly due to the sensitive nature of personal injury cases.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; coursework in legal studies or related fields is beneficial.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service, customer support, intake, call center, or administrative roles (experience in legal or personal injury intake is preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn legal or intake management applications.
• Capacity to uphold strict data confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive personal and legal information.
