This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee new patient referrals and ensure timely initiation of care visits.
• Gather information from patients and pharmacies.
• Assign suitable nurses to patients based on their needs.
• Manage marketplace offers to promote responsible nurse compensation.
• Facilitate patient onboarding to Float Health.
• Confirm logistics and schedules with users to ensure safe and smooth home visits.
• Address restaffing and rescheduling requests promptly.
• Communicate with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients through email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Handle incoming communications and proactively initiate outbound outreach.
• Collaborate across functions to finalize visit documentation and related responsibilities.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Continuously learn new processes and technologies.
• Build and sustain relationships with peers in specialty pharmacies.
• Complete pharmacy engagement tasks as necessary.
• Provide feedback aimed at enhancing technology and processes.
• Prior experience in medical scheduling.
• Proficient in using multiple technology platforms concurrently.
• Capable of managing inbound communication while attending to other responsibilities.
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management capabilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly explain complex information.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and policies is greatly preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in infusion therapy, healthcare intake, or specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
• Availability for Sunday–Thursday shifts, typically 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm PST.
