Intake & Dispatch Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Receive, prioritize, and allocate property inspection and related field services requests based on urgency, location, availability, and specific requirements.

• Handle multiple active assignments, queues, and communications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Monitor assignments and conduct proactive follow-ups.

• Address scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes effectively.

• Engage professionally with customers, inspectors, vendors, and carrier partners.

• Ensure precise documentation is maintained.

• Provide support for high-volume and catastrophic-event operations when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Demonstrated urgency, accountability, multitasking abilities, and follow-through.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, software applications, and screens.

• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is essential.

• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, call center, or customer service is highly preferred.

• Must currently reside and work within the United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.

• Availability to work from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time on either a Tuesday-through-Saturday or Thursday-through-Monday schedule is necessary.

• Weekend availability is required.

• Must maintain a reliable, professional remote work environment and meet attendance requirements for the assigned shift.
