This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the initial point of contact for clients seeking access to the national continuum of treatment services.
• Determine the most suitable services based on the needs expressed by clients.
• Communicate the value of programs and convert interest into admissions.
• Work collaboratively with Clinical, Finance, and other internal teams to meet client needs and facilitate treatment admissions.
• Manage leads using sales tracking software.
• Set up clients in financial software.
• Draft and send payment agreements.
• Process payments efficiently.
• Engage in team meetings and provide support to national sales colleagues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for process and application improvements.
• A diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a Health-related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a professional business setting or health-related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and lead tracking software, including Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and take accountability for actions and decisions.
• Willingness to embrace new ideas and methods of working.
• Detail-oriented with an accurate work style.
• Intermediate telephone skills in crisis assessment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
