This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the main point of contact and escalation resource for insurer clients.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of insurance technology solutions.
• Organize and facilitate regular meetings with Acturis and Client teams.
• Aid clients in navigating options for utilizing our complex system.
• Work alongside the legal team to review and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate team meetings across both local and global teams.
• Report directly to the Insurer Relations Manager.
• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Preference for roles that involve relationship management.
• Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or proficiency in French would be advantageous for this position.
• A university degree in a related field or a college diploma specifically in insurance.
• Proven experience in developing and sustaining strong long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Accounting or Billing and Invoicing processes.
• Background in contract negotiation.
• Skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Prior sales experience including demos, and understanding client needs and perspectives.
• Willingness to travel 4-6 times a year across Canada.
• Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area.
• Intensive initial training accompanied by close mentoring.
• Training in industry-standard topics.
• Courses funded and time allocated for more senior colleagues.
• Training sessions conducted by the management team to share experience and best practices.
