This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
• Facilitate informed decision-making: Gather data and ensure precision; deliver analysis and insights.
• Keep management informed: Communicate critical information through timely and accurate reports; train end-users on report interpretation and findings.
• Ensure Sutherland's alignment: Uphold process documentation.
• Maintain operational flow: Organize meetings with the reporting team to remain updated on real-time activities and challenges.
• Enhance relationships: Build and sustain communication with clients and team members; serve as the primary contact for reporting-related matters.
• A minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language, or a U.S. high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid (not expired) government-issued ID, TRN, and NIS card.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test as required.
• Must have flexible availability to work any day and any assigned shift weekly, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be prepared to train and/or work onsite as needed by the business.
• Must have the capability to work from home as required by the business.
• Must be willing to return to the site as necessary for business needs.
• Proven ability to perform at a high level to support our significant volume of inbound calls.
• Experience in customer service is an asset and preferred.
• Good systematic problem-solving skills, utilizing sound business judgment, and following through on commitments to customers.
• Ability to quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs and take appropriate action to fulfill those needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Understand the perspective of the customer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively translate customer communications during live voice or chat interactions.
• Proficient reading skills are necessary.
• Ability to convey patience, empathy, care, and sincerity through written words or voice tone, depending on the communication channel.
• Capable of effectively organizing, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and managing time efficiently.
• Multi-tasking abilities demonstrated through the use of various applications; experience with CRM applications is preferred.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and fundamental Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience are required.
• Must be able to type over 30 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Should be highly tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills and abilities to resolve technical issues.
