Bilingual Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Discover creative solutions to address diverse questions, issues, and concerns.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with both potential and current customers.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all interactions.

• Facilitate sales transactions with customers.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

• Collect information from customers to better understand their requirements.

• Create and provide quotes.

• Inform customers about coverage options and associated costs.

• Promote additional services when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid and active Property & Casualty Producer license.

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service is required.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Familiarity with desktop computer systems and basic knowledge of Windows-based platforms is essential.

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
