This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Guide clients through the discovery process, identifying personal or business needs and objectives, assessing their current financial situation, articulating any gaps and opportunities, and presenting solutions such as life, long-term care, and disability income insurance to fulfill client requirements.
• Oversee daily operations and drive sales initiatives and pending business.
• Respond to incoming calls from referral sources directly and be available for scheduled calls with clients and their Advisors.
• Complete insurance applications and take responsibility for managing cases throughout the underwriting process.
• Clarify to clients and advisors the workings of various insurance products, their differences, and their respective advantages.
• Monitor all sales activities leading to product purchases.
• Provide an overview of estate planning, business planning, asset leveraging, and insurance planning, including guidance on 1035 exchanges, explanations of insurance forms, and determining the necessity and amount of coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience selling life, long-term care, and disability income insurance with clients, or 3+ years in inside sales supporting agents in selling life insurance through a General Agency or insurance carrier platform.
• An active Life and Health Insurance license is required.
• Must hold and maintain appropriate FINRA registrations (e.g., Series 6 and 63).
