Insurance Services Representative I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, which includes managing unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.

• Engage in effective communication while efficiently handling a high volume of claims.

• Execute duties and responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Previous experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory settings.

• Background in Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or insurance.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
