Commercial Insurance Retention Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee billing inquiries and proactively engage with clients to secure payments and address discrepancies.

• Support our broker teams with essential tasks, including processing cancellations, reinstatements, and general billing assistance.

• Manage incoming emails and voicemails, allowing licensed brokers to concentrate on more complex needs while you handle the operational flow.

• Thoroughly examine new billing contract data and audit files to ensure compliance with our stringent internal guidelines and processing standards.

• Suggest process enhancements to optimize our collaboration with financing companies and elevate the overall customer experience.

• Monitor Slack notifications, schedule automated client communications, and engage in data clean-up projects to maintain accuracy and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a valid RIBO license.

• Over 1 year of experience in managing administrative tasks, data entry, or high-volume operational workflows.

• A strong commitment to both internal and external service—you enjoy assisting colleagues and clients.

• Outstanding phone and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical billing matters into understandable solutions.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy.

• A collaborative team player who takes initiative, learns quickly, and flourishes in a technology-driven environment.

• Proficient in using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern CRM/office software.
