This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Respond to incoming calls from interested Medicare beneficiaries.
• Provide clients with information about Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans.
• Assist clients with the enrollment process using CRM and telephonic systems.
• Meet personal sales targets with unlimited commission opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to CMS regulations and training requirements.
• Current Health or Health/Life Insurance License (mandatory).
• 2026 AHIP certification preferred.
• Experience with Medicare products is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in computer navigation.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently from home.
• Technologically adept and organized (familiarity with CRMs, VOIP, etc.).
