This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background: You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or possess a degree in a pertinent field such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or similar programs focused on insurance.

• Work experience: You bring 3–5 years of project management experience within the insurance sector, preferably in a management consultancy or an insurance firm.

• Professional expertise: Ideally, you have knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process improvement.

• Self-sufficiency and initiative: You operate independently, manage your projects autonomously, and contribute proactively with your insights.

• Digital proficiency: You are skilled in MS Office and adept at utilizing digital tools for project management and presentations.
