This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Deliver entry-level assistance and support to policyholders, emphasizing first-contact resolution.
• Address requests through a single communication channel, such as phone.
• Initiate and receive phone calls.
• Oversee policy information management.
• Safeguard customers by cross-selling and binding relevant products, coverages, and services.
• Anticipate and proactively respond to future questions, needs, and concerns.
• Elaborate on coverages and conduct thorough policy reviews.
• Provide insurance quotes for current insurance policies.
• Process underwriting transactions within established authority limits.
• Assist policyholders via phone, web, and chat platforms.
• Collaborate with fellow agents to ensure timely resolutions and foster positive relationships.
• Aim to advance toward the Service Agent role.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education combined with 1+ years of directly relevant work experience.
• Ability to train and perform duties in a remote environment.
• Capability to meet work-from-home requirements.
• Possession of a P&C or Personal Lines License, or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
• Preference for candidates with 1–2 years of prior sales and customer service experience in a personal lines insurance setting.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year in a chat support role is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
• Excellent communication, empathy, adaptability, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in navigating Windows-based and web browser applications.
• Competent and precise computer keyboard usage for data entry.
• High attention to detail required.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week within 24/7 operational hours.
• Flexibility for shifts concluding at 8:00 p.m. local time and schedules that include at least one weekend day.
• Must be in the home location and on camera during training.
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the United States.
• CSAA does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Seeking Spanish-speaking bilingual claims agents; insurance experience is not mandatory for these positions.
