Insurance Service Agent, Romanian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Adhere to our established service procedures to provide our existing bilingual clients with personalized customer service and policy options from the insurance carriers represented by IIG.

• Maintain precise records for all customers in the CRM database, following the company's quality and compliance standards.

• Develop relationships with clients while actively pursuing Referral Lead generation.

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or text.

• Manage emails and follow up with calls/emails to obtain any missing information and documentation.

• Utilize the insurance carrier's platform and technology promptly and accurately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in speaking and writing Romanian is required.

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.

• Must successfully complete a background check.

• Must pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing exam and obtain the license; candidates must be based in the US and eligible to work in the country.

• Strong customer service skills, including listening, communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient PC skills, including MS Office; a technology-savvy attitude is essential.

• Higher education is advantageous.

• A proactive team player with effective collaboration skills and a proactive approach is required.

• Ability to efficiently organize tasks, manage time, be results-oriented, and work under tight deadlines.
