This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Acquire knowledge of IPT's established consulting methodology through direct mentorship, observation, and practical experience with current agency clients.
• Act as a fractional sales leader for a selection of independent insurance agency clients.
• Facilitate organized weekly sales meetings with producers and agency leadership.
• Develop and oversee producer accountability frameworks, which encompass activity tracking, pipeline assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide individual coaching to producers on sales techniques, prospecting strategies, and pipeline enhancement.
• Collaborate with agency owners to establish revenue objectives, pinpoint deficiencies, and formulate execution plans.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of onboarding and training programs for new producers.
• Recognize opportunities to broaden IPT's service offerings within existing client partnerships.
• Collaborate with our talent acquisition team to interview and recommend candidates for sales positions.
• Uphold a professional representation of the Impact Performance Team in all client interactions.
• Demonstrated experience in an insurance agency or brokerage, either as a Producer or Sales Leader.
• A strong ambition to lead, mentor, and cultivate the development of others.
• An innate capability to motivate, inspire, and foster relationships with producers and leadership teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to coaching, driven, and enthusiastic about career development.
• Familiarity with insurance agency CRM systems.
• Must reside within a three-hour drive of Charleston, SC.
• Salary: $80,000 + Performance Bonuses.
