Insurance Sales and Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by recognizing coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increases.

• Handle incoming calls from clients seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other policies.

• Support policyholders with modifications to their policies.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the insurance product offerings and the Jerry app.

• Tackle challenges to eliminate obstacles between customers and the appropriate coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.

• Provide insights to enhance the product and customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• A collaborative approach to teamwork.

• A strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Must currently live in an eligible state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly position.

• P&C insurance license status is preferred; however, it is not required as Jerry.ai will cover the cost if necessary.
