Insurance Producer – 1099 Commission Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop new business opportunities across various insurance lines, such as homeowners, auto, and commercial insurance.

• Employ a consultative sales methodology to assess client needs and propose tailored insurance solutions.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting, follow-up, quoting, presenting proposals, closing sales, and onboarding new clients.

• Achieve and surpass production targets in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

• Utilize an existing book of business, if applicable, while establishing new client connections and broadening your portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Florida.

• A valid Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales is mandatory.

• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred, but not essential.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing abilities.

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
