This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with producers and GA partners to facilitate insurance quotes, plan comparisons, and create client-ready proposals.
• Oversee multi-state licensing processes, which include applications, renewals, and continuous compliance monitoring.
• Ensure that producers are effectively onboarded and equipped with necessary carrier appointments, system access, and operational resources.
• Manage carrier appointments and onboarding, fostering strong and professional relationships.
• Monitor, project, and reconcile commission and payment schedules while investigating and resolving discrepancies as required.
• Create, document, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scalable workflows.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest or implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and growth.
• 3–6+ years of experience in insurance operations, brokerage support, or agency administration.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting carrier relationships, licensing, and commission processes.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and establish structure within a fast-paced or growth-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and industry platforms such as Sircon, Employee Navigator, and Zywave.
• Strong communication abilities and a high degree of professionalism when interacting with both internal and external partners.
• Ownership mentality—takes initiative, follows through, and ensures tasks are completed.
