This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Client interaction and frontline support
• Servicing policies and handling endorsements
• Managing billing, payments, and compliance
• Tracking renewals and providing support
• Data management and documentation tasks
• In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, especially in commercial lines
• Understanding of insurance terminology, policy documents, and servicing workflows
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—capable of managing client interactions with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Experience or familiarity with construction or contractor insurance is a significant advantage!
• Ideally proficient with Apple products (Mac, iPhone) and skilled in using tools like Numbers, Pages, and iMessage for efficient collaboration.
