This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Collaborate with agency owners and their teams to enhance operations, workflows, and overall performance
• Assist teams in utilizing contemporary agency management systems and technology in effective and appropriate ways
• Aid agencies in nurturing and empowering their personnel
• Elevate the customer experience for agency clients by optimizing workflows, minimizing friction, and establishing consistent service experiences throughout the agency.
• Provide consulting, training, and advisory services customized to the size and development stage of each agency
• Forge long-lasting client relationships based on trust and tangible results
• Work in conjunction with our Accounting, CSR, and Advisory teams to offer comprehensive solutions
• At least five years of experience working with or for independent insurance agencies
• Solid understanding of insurance coverage and agency accounting practices
• Proficient in insurance agency management systems, with a quick aptitude for learning new platforms
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple accounts
• Dependable PC with high-speed internet and adequate security measures
• Willingness to travel approximately 8–12 days per month as required
