This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee requests for certificates of insurance and provide support to policyholders.
• Process incoming email requests and generate certificates using system data.
• Keep an organized record of all requests and their completions.
• Work closely with the Account Manager to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Handle multiple certificate requests at the same time.
• Promptly follow up on requests when necessary.
• Interact with clients concerning inspection requirements or updates to policies.
• Carry out additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in insurance is preferred.
• Strong preference for experience in Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Excellent email communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong skills in multitasking and organization.
• Highly responsive with clear and timely communication.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong work ethic complemented by a proactive approach.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, software, and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
