Insurance Central Review Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt assistance to customer inquiries via telephone and/or email.

• Assess auto insurance estimates for the accuracy of part identification, decisions on repair versus replacement, labor charges, photo quality, and file documentation.

• Ensure adherence to program requirements, including parts usage, labor rates, and permitted operations.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to appraisers based on review outcomes.

• Enhance store profitability and average repair order (ARO).

• Manage multiple priorities effectively, showcase strong technical skills, and produce high-quality work outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive appraisal experience is preferred.

• Background as a technician, painter, or manager in an auto body shop is preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer is preferred.

• Familiarity with the CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent customer service, along with strong relationship and conflict management skills.
