This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer care by identifying coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and managing renewal increases.

• Respond to incoming calls from customers exploring options for auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Assist policyholders with modifications to their insurance policies.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Jerry’s insurance offerings and the associated insurance-company panel.

• Connect customers with the most suitable insurance coverage and providers.

• Address challenges that hinder customers from obtaining appropriate coverage.

• Handle service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product feedback and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must possess a genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• A collaborative team spirit is essential.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Exhibit robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Candidates must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly positions.

• A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is necessary for the role; Jerry.ai will cover the cost of the license for candidates who do not already possess it.
