This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Offer administrative assistance for insurance operations and client services.
• Maintain and refresh policy records, client details, and operational documents.
• Handle insurance-related paperwork, applications, and policy modifications.
• Facilitate communication among clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Oversee operational workflows to guarantee timely processing and adherence to compliance.
• Aid in reporting, data entry, and record management activities.
• Address client inquiries and professionally resolve administrative concerns.
• Monitor deadlines, renewals, and necessary documentation requirements.
• Assist in process enhancement initiatives and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or insurance operations is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
• Experience in insurance, finance, or operations administration is preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with US-based operations or clients is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
