This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute basic and routine insurance tasks while adhering to quality, quantity, and time constraints.
• Address customer inquiries through phone and email communication.
• Manage customer questions and concerns in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Redirect communications to the appropriate resources when necessary.
• Assist Senior Specialists and Account Managers by handling service-related issues.
• Work collaboratively with offshore Service Delivery Teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Operate client systems to process endorsements, certificates of insurance, application follow-ups, and quoting activities.
• Maintain documentation in both client and company databases.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and insured parties to enhance retention and revenue growth.
• Consult with team members regarding requests from insured clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to OPEX and SDU leadership.
• Assist in upholding procedures, service level objectives, and guidelines.
• Adhere to procedures to achieve quality SLAs and uphold security standards.
• Train new Account Specialists on fundamental tasks and procedures.
• Provide guidance to new hires and review and audit their work.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to fulfill client requirements and internal team objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Property and Casualty License is highly preferred; candidates must be able to study for and successfully complete the state Property and Casualty licensing exam within the first 30 days of employment.
• Required professional customer service experience.
• Preferred 2–3 years of insurance experience, encompassing personal lines, commercial lines, life and health, or employee benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong process focus.
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn, utilize, and navigate various client and internal systems.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Availability in the Central Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone is required to meet client needs.
