Insurance Account Manager – Personal Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Prepares documents to present market risks

• Creates applications, insurance summaries, certificates, auto identification cards, and other related coverage documents

• Aids client service teams in developing presentation materials

• Analyzes and summarizes intricate data and compiles reports with supervision

• Inputs data into the relevant insurance company and firm software programs

• Generates monthly reports on cancellations and expirations

• Processes and finalizes endorsements and audits

• Completes special projects as assigned

• Seeks opportunities to enhance the firm, business segment, and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Florida insurance experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the insurance sector

• Current 2-20 or 20-44 License as mandated by the State Department of Insurance

• Basic knowledge of insurance coverages, with quoting and binding experience

• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other relevant software systems
