Instructor, RPA & Business Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct live training sessions online focused on RPA and business automation principles.

• Discuss essential topics such as:

• - Overview of business automation and RPA.

• - RPA tools, their functionalities, and use cases in enterprises.

• - Recognizing automation possibilities within business workflows.

• - Documentation and analysis of processes.

• - Creation of workflows and mapping of processes.

• - Basics of process mining.

• - Working alongside RPA developers and QA/testers.

• - Managing changes in automation projects.

• - Real-life automation instances and case studies from various industries.

• Offer practical assistance in generating:

• - Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• - Diagrams for workflows.

• - Process maps and documentation for automation.

• Aid learners in finishing projects and assignments at the end of each module.

• Guide learners and address any technical or conceptual questions.

• Carry out assessments, evaluations, or practice sessions as needed.

• Uphold metrics for session quality and learner engagement.

• Work with internal teams on updates to the curriculum, planning delivery, and gathering learner feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of practical experience in RPA implementation or automation projects.

• In-depth understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle.

• Practical experience with one or more RPA platforms:

• - UiPath.

• - Automation Anywhere.

• - Blue Prism.

• Strong comprehension of process mapping, documentation of workflows, and identification of automation opportunities.

• Familiarity with process mining principles and analysis of automation.

• Previous experience in delivering online or in-person training is preferred.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
