Instructor – AI / Artificial Intelligence – Digital Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Interactive live teaching & practical training: You create engaging online sessions and share your expertise in artificial intelligence — encompassing the development of AI applications and machine learning as well as the utilization of contemporary AI tools for process automation.

• Curriculum implementation & instructional design: You develop content from existing materials in a systematic, clear, and comprehensible manner that aligns with labor market demands. You incorporate practical examples and current use cases, effectively linking theory to application.

• Participant assistance & exam preparation: You offer support, inspire, clarify, and review — ensuring that participants build the confidence necessary to adeptly apply AI tools in a business environment.

• Quality assurance & constructive feedback: You provide educational and technical feedback, contribute to the continuous enhancement of our teaching formats, and actively influence our digital learning methodologies.

• Team collaboration among instructors: You are part of a cooperative team that shares knowledge, supports each other, and creates innovative approaches to digital teaching and learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical expertise in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science: You are proficient in developing and utilizing AI technologies and can effectively showcase their potential.

• Instructional skills: You clearly articulate concepts in a structured and engaging manner — catering to beginners and diverse audiences.

• Digital proficiency: You are at ease in virtual classrooms, use digital tools with confidence, and are receptive to new learning formats.

• Professional demeanor & effective communication: You adopt a solution-oriented approach, interact respectfully and clearly — eager to share your knowledge with individuals embarking on new career paths.

• Language skills: You possess excellent German language proficiency (minimum C2); English skills are an advantage.

• Certified teaching qualifications & experience: You have a minimum of two years’ experience in adult education, hold substantial professional knowledge in artificial intelligence, and have validated your teaching qualifications through an IHK-certified training (e.g., AEVO certificate).
