This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create, develop, and sustain captivating technical training materials and self-directed digital learning content aimed at technical audiences.
• Formulate curriculum and learning pathways centered on IT and AWS-related technologies and domains.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders to collect requirements and convert intricate technical concepts into impactful learning experiences.
• Generate instructional content that aligns with adult learning principles and organizational learning goals.
• Develop interactive digital learning solutions utilizing eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Review learning materials to guarantee technical accuracy, instructional quality, clarity, and consistency.
• Assess and continuously enhance training materials based on learner feedback, analytics, and changing technical requirements.
• Maintain and refresh existing curriculum and training assets to ensure ongoing relevance and technical precision.
• Integrate multimedia, graphics, and visual design elements to boost learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Utilize AI agents and AI-enabled tools to aid in content development, automation, and enhancements to the learner experience.
• Oversee multiple learning development activities while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with remote and globally distributed teams across various time zones.
• Remain informed about industry trends, instructional design methodologies, AWS technologies, and innovative digital learning tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, technical training development, or the creation of digital learning content for technical audiences.
• Proven experience in developing self-directed digital curriculum and learning solutions.
• Understanding of IT concepts and technologies, including familiarity with AWS domains and services.
• Expertise in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and technical content development abilities.
• Experience utilizing AI agents or AI-enabled tools in content development or learning workflows.
• Background in collaborating with remote and geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications in instructional design and curriculum development.
• AWS certifications or practical AWS experience are considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with graphic design and image editing tools is preferred.
