This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and create eLearning content.
• Develop engaging eLearning courses utilizing Articulate Rise.
• Implement instructional design principles to convert source material into effective learning experiences.
• Construct knowledge checks, interactions, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
• Ensure that content complies with SCORM and LMS compatibility standards.
• Adhere to established templates, branding guidelines, and style manuals.
• Develop storyboards and learning content.
• Create clear, structured storyboards that direct course development.
• Transform source materials and stakeholder feedback into engaging learning experiences.
• Organize content into coherent learning pathways that enhance retention and application.
• Incorporate feedback swiftly and precisely.
• Support quality assurance and delivery excellence.
• Perform comprehensive self-reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure courses operate effectively across different devices and learning platforms.
• Adhere to project timelines while upholding high-quality standards.
• Communicate proactively regarding risks, inquiries, and progress updates.
• Utilize AI and modern development tools.
• Employ GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to enhance content development and productivity.
• Implement best practices for AI-assisted workflows.
• Offer suggestions that enhance efficiency and the quality of learner experiences.
• 2–3 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
• Strong practical experience in developing courses using Articulate Rise.
• Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline.
• Experience in creating instructional storyboards.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in developing self-paced digital learning content.
• Excellent written communication and content organization skills.
• Capability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with SCORM and LMS environments.
• Exposure to scenario-based learning design.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with AI-enabled content development workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, Runway, Canva, or Adobe Express.
