Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Employ established instructional design methodologies to develop effective learning solutions.

• Implement adult learning principles and widely accepted instructional design frameworks.

• Create, develop, and update training materials across various delivery formats.

• Perform needs assessments to inform the establishment of training goals and objectives.

• Establish and oversee development schedules and key milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design.

• Over 4 years of experience in training and development or instructional design.

• Proficient technical writing and editing capabilities.

• Competence in authoring and editing content using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
