Instructional Aide, Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Support grading and overall management of Universal Learner Courses.

• Offer feedback and grading assistance for in-class activities and assignments.

• Oversee and assess learner submissions.

• Assist learners in overcoming challenges within the Universal Learner Course.

• Address learner issues through course Discussion boards.

• Engage and monitor discussion activities.

• Conduct live sessions with learners as designated by faculty.

• Participate in initial training and calibration sessions.

• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Learning Enterprise team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant experience in the area of assignment/field; OR an equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

• This position does not qualify for Optional Practical Training (OPT) work authorization.

• Mandatory fingerprinting is required as part of the hiring process.

• Strong understanding of course concepts is essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding engagement, team-building, and communication abilities.

• Experience with Canvas or a similar Learning Management System.

• Capability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic or challenging situations.

• Relevant content knowledge and/or coursework in a related discipline.

• Dedication to providing consistent support to students.

• Proficient in English; must have completed ENG 101, ENG 102, ENG 105, or equivalent courses.

• Ability to grade in one or more subjects: Economics and Finance; Computer Information and Cloud Systems; Engineering; Applied Business Data Analytics; Project Management and Organizational Leadership; Learning Success and Special Projects.
