This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan for a broad geographical region to effectively target, penetrate, and build a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.

• Proficiently engage with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across various medical subspecialties.

• Call points encompass: Physician’s office, Hospital Pharmacy, Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit, etc.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding and the ability to convey clear messages in complex clinical scenarios.

• Comfortable undertaking periodic field travel alongside internal staff, including Management, Marketing, etc. (ADD).

• Leverage data sources to optimize strategies and efficiencies in order to capitalize on opportunities with the highest ROI.

• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.

• Manage and monitor territory-specific information utilizing a CRM system.

• Willingness to travel as required for the territory/role, including air travel (ADD).


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.

• Capable of working independently and managing key account relationships.

• Proven track record of sales growth while overseeing your own territory.

• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of complex clinical information.

• Ability to articulate intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time situations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong presentation skills, including the capacity to present effectively to teams/groups.

• Proficient interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.

• Experience utilizing a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).

• Independent worker with the ability to collaborate within a team.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
