This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan across a broad geographical area to identify, penetrate, and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Engage with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals from various medical subspecialties.
• Interact with physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and additional call points.
• Convey clear messages in intricate clinical scenarios.
• Participate in periodic field travel alongside internal personnel.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies, improve efficiencies, and ensure return on investment.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales and profit objectives.
• Oversee and monitor territory-specific information using a CRM system.
• Travel as required for the territory, including air travel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Capability to work independently and manage key account relationships effectively.
• Proven track record of sales growth while managing an individual territory.
• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of complex clinical information.
• Proficiency in articulating intricate clinical messages to healthcare providers in real-time situations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities, including the ability to present to teams and groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Competence in using a CRM tool such as Veeva or Salesforce.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to maintain required credentialing throughout employment.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods; frequently stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs or use elevators.
• Must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and use a telephone and handheld devices.
