Instanda Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and technical design for Instanda implementations.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and insurance subject matter experts to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Define and manage API integration strategies with external systems.

• Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Establish best practices, governance, and standards for Instanda solutioning.

• Conduct technical workshops and effectively communicate complex solutions to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of overall IT experience in solution architecture and system design.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Instanda solutioning and implementations.

• Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

• Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle, encompassing underwriting, claims, and policy administration.

• Expertise in the Instanda Platform: solution design, configuration, and implementation of insurance products on Instanda.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between Instanda and external systems, including policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, and reinsurance platforms.

• Hands-on experience with .NET (ASP/C#), JavaScript, or Python for integration and customization tasks.

• Capability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Complete end-to-end delivery of Instanda projects, including setup, configuration, and deployment.
