This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Carry out installation or service tasks as assigned in a profitable and effective manner.
• Log productive time in relation to travel time.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks following the service program specified for each customer.
• Accurately maintain all work records and document parts used for each job in line with established procedures.
• Stay informed on all updates and modifications to Stanley equipment and the Ansi156.10 standard as communicated through official channels.
• Keep manuals and all related information current as changes are announced.
• Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and other assets.
• Exhibit a neat and clean appearance both personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure a sufficient parts inventory for the service vehicle; maintain an inventory log.
• Test equipment prior to departing the job site; conduct a safety check.
• Foster positive customer relations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist and mentor others in installation and service techniques.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license without restrictions.
• Capability to lift weights between 75-100 lbs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit while driving for durations of up to 2 hours, but not limited to.
• Capability to stand on concrete for up to 8 hours, but not limited to.
• Occasional stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, and twisting of the spine.
• Vision must not be limited to near, far, or color perception.
• Ability to work in diverse climate conditions.
