This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate thorough installation training for contractor teams focusing on AlkeGel application techniques.
• Offer practical guidance and oversight during initial installations to uphold quality standards.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with contractor partners to support ongoing projects.
• Evaluate contractor competencies and certify teams for AlkeGel installations.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for customer personnel regarding AlkeGel product features and advantages.
• Present technical information to customer teams, including engineers, facility managers, and maintenance personnel.
• Provide comprehensive instructions on proper handling, storage, and application methods.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to installation processes and product performance.
• Travel to customer locations to supervise AlkeGel installations and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Oversee installation quality and offer immediate feedback and corrective advice.
• Document installation procedures and maintain meticulous project records.
• Resolve application challenges and implement solutions on-site.
• Act as the primary technical resource for inquiries and issues related to AlkeGel installations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product development teams to meet customer requirements.
• Provide field feedback to enhance installation practices and product performance.
• Create and revise installation guides, training resources, and technical documentation.
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience in industrial insulation, construction, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in insulation installation, specialty materials applications, or technical field services.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to train a diverse audience.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) to customer and contractor locations.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Capability to work in industrial settings and safely navigate construction sites.
• Experience with thermal insulation, coatings, or specialty chemical applications is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to develop training materials.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in field environments.
