This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Developing and implementing scalable training programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of installation supervisors and frontline operational leaders.
• Accountable for maintaining the sustainability of learning knowledge and its practical application.
• Collaborating closely with Learning & Development, safety, quality, and business leaders to ensure that training is effective, consistently delivered, and aligned with KONE installation standards, safety protocols, and productivity goals.
• Serving as a subject matter expert to facilitate continuous improvement in operational leadership development throughout the region.
• Over 7 years of progressive and successful experience in managing or developing operational leaders responsible for elevator and escalator installation and/or modernization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline OR at least 7 years of equivalent industry experience managing operational teams, processes, and personnel in a technical or construction-based setting.
• Preferred experience in delivering, facilitating, or leading structured training programs.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements impacting construction and installation activities.
• Capability to analyze operational and financial data to support informed business decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent initiatives effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 75% or more.
