Insights Lead Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead the analytics strategy for an account by translating client business goals, media strategies, and cross-channel performance data into comprehensive measurement plans, learning agendas, and actionable recommendations.

• Integrate data across various channels, reports, and methodologies to assist clients in understanding current situations, their significance, and subsequent actions to take.

• Predict and suggest appropriate measurement techniques to assess media effectiveness, evaluate tactical performance, and facilitate channel expansion decisions.

• Provide insights that are straightforward, succinct, and valuable, aiding clients and internal teams in making informed business and marketing decisions.

• Utilize business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting environments—including Bliss Point applications when applicable—to enhance insight generation, recommendation formulation, and client storytelling.

• Merge data from different channels, platforms, and reporting environments to create integrated insights and actionable suggestions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles, demonstrating a history of collaborating with clients, understanding their businesses, and leveraging analytics to inform marketing decisions.

• Proven experience in developing or directing learning agendas, testing roadmaps, reporting strategies, and measurement recommendations aligned with client objectives.

• Strong proficiency with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.

• Familiarity with structured data environments like Snowflake, Redshift, or other similar cloud data solutions.

• Advanced SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing structured marketing data.

• Solid understanding of statistics, testing, and analytical techniques; practical experience with R and/or Python is preferred, particularly for testing, exploratory analysis, or advanced analytics work.

• Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, concise, decision-oriented narratives and presentations.

• Capable of linking measurement and performance insights back to business results and client priorities.

• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides; adept at managing time effectively across clients, stakeholders, and internal projects.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across external and internal teams.
