Insider Threat Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform alert triage, correlation, and analysis across systems designed for insider threat detection.

• Assist in investigations from start to finish, including initial triage, evidence gathering, and conducting employee interviews.

• Collaborate with Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to create and implement processes aimed at identifying and mitigating insider risks.

• Prepare case documentation and investigative reports.

• Propel enhancements in insider threat detection methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in insider threat, security operations, investigations, fraud detection, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience in conducting or supporting investigations related to sensitive employee issues.

• Established capability to translate complex security challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Familiarity with the insider threat landscape, including legal, regulatory, and ethical aspects.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI technologies.
