Inside Technician Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Evaluates and processes invoices related to mitigation, restoration, abatement, or mediation for payment.

• Provides empathetic service to ensure customer loyalty.

• Operates independently, effectively prioritizing and managing personal workload.

• Investigates and addresses moderately complex inquiries from customers and vendors.

• Summarizes documents and logs notes into the claims system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in property claims related to mitigation, restoration, and abatement.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing pending assignments.

• Preferred one to two years of proficiency in estimating using Xactimate.

• IICRC certifications are advantageous.

• Strong communication abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Skills in negotiation and vendor management.
