This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee the complete implementation of customer network services, which includes firewalls, SD-WAN, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity.
β’ Manage and execute various simultaneous customer implementation projects while effectively balancing priorities, timelines, and customer communications.
β’ Configure, deploy, and activate solutions based on Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet, adhering to approved designs.
β’ Implement Arista VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions as necessary.
β’ Collaborate remotely with customer IT personnel and Cox field technicians to finalize on-site tasks.
β’ Carry out network migrations and cutovers with minimal disruption to customers.
β’ Conduct troubleshooting during implementation and assist in resolving issues.
β’ Keep precise implementation documentation that is essential for transitioning to Support.
β’ Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders about progress, risks, and obstacles.
β’ Adhere to implementation standards, processes, and security protocols.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise network solutions in customer-centric environments.
β’ Strong practical experience with at least one of the following platforms: Cisco Meraki (MX firewalls, Meraki SD-WAN, MS switches, MR access points) or Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and FortiSD-WAN.
β’ Experience in implementing customer networks within production and customer-facing settings.
β’ Capability to independently conduct customer implementations with minimal supervision.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent network implementation projects independently.
β’ Extensive practical experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet platforms.
β’ Solid grasp of L2/L3 networking, WAN architectures, and SD-WAN concepts.
β’ Experience working with U.S.-based customers or in globally distributed teams.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Ability to quickly adapt and operate effectively with limited onboarding time.
