This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Guide and mentor the designated team to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
β’ Establish and maintain customer relationships to facilitate timely service delivery.
β’ Oversee team performance and address personnel matters.
β’ Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise customer service representatives.
β’ Effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
β’ Must be at least eighteen years old.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
β’ At least 1 year of prior leadership experience is required.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Familiarity with Tableau is required.
β’ Knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) is necessary.
β’ Experience with HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract) is required.
