This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team
• Identify and cultivate potential leads
• Generate inbound leads
• Prospect for outbound leads
• Collaborate with the field sales organization to create a joint plan and strategy aimed at meeting or surpassing targets
• Direct qualified opportunities to the suitable sales executives for further development and closure
• Concentrate on strategic opportunities that can enhance business both in the short and long term (including Retargeting and dormant accounts)
• Reach out to leads to convert them into revenue or transition them to the Field Sales Organization
• Finalize sales and meet quarterly targets
• Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and tradeshows
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales within the biotech or life sciences sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive orders
