This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Delivering precise and efficient administrative and sales support to advisors and internal teams, particularly regarding insurance and financial products, sales structures, regulatory documentation, and internal processes.
β’ Serving as a vital link between financial advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.
β’ Overseeing, maintaining, and distributing sales concepts, tools, and presentations related to financial solutions, including inventory management in collaboration with the sales team.
β’ Enhancing advisor engagement and development by onboarding advisors, showcasing available tools and support, and conducting follow-ups after sales activities, training sessions, or strategic announcements.
β’ Monitoring and analyzing sales activities and outcomes to provide relevant metrics, reports, and improved visibility to support sales performance and decision-making.
β’ Generating customized lists of advisors, partners, and sales contacts while ensuring up-to-date advisor segmentation based on business profile, potential, and client needs.
β’ Post-secondary education in administration, finance, insurance, investments, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong customer service focus, exceptional organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the capability to use digital platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools.
β’ Strong capability to prioritize effectively, adapt to ongoing changes, and produce accurate work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales support environment.
β’ Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry, or in a support role connected to these sectors (Asset).
