Inside Sales Representative – Western Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Educate, strategize, and effectively engage in discussions about Yelp advertising programs through a substantial volume of outbound calls to business owners.

• Take ownership of and manage a diverse pipeline of clients, including dentists, florists, and restaurant owners, all meticulously organized within our CRM (Salesforce).

• Develop expertise in Yelp’s advertising solutions, quickly providing tailored product recommendations to meet client needs—asking insightful questions and overcoming objections will be crucial to your success.

• Consistently meet and surpass monthly quotas; a strong work ethic and determination are essential!

⛳️ Requirements

• GED/High School Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with a proven interest in sales/business or a people-oriented field (e.g., coursework, internships, clubs, or extracurricular activities).

• Comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls daily, without hesitation.

• Proficiency in general computer use and email; we utilize Google Suite and provide a MacBook laptop.

• A distraction-free work environment is essential.

• Open to receiving feedback and eager to implement improvements.

• Possess strong and engaging interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities independently without supervision.

• Must have current authorization to work in the US.
