This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct outbound communications, including calls and emails, to connect with prospective clients.
• Assess leads by identifying client requirements, challenges, and alignment with our solutions.
• Develop engaging presentations and proposals that highlight our value proposition.
• Manage contract negotiations to ensure agreements that benefit both parties.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Surpass sales objectives and support the overall growth of the company.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and opportunities within CRM systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred; however, a high school diploma is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software is essential, with Salesforce experience being preferable.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management or inside sales is required.
• Experience in a business-to-business environment is necessary.
• Experience in the promotional products industry is highly desirable.
