This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Inform potential students about our offerings through email, phone, and live chat, converting them into enrolled students.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to our existing students via email, phone, and live chat.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive records of student information and acquisition.
• Continuously devise and implement innovative strategies to enhance our customer service and student enrollment.
• Offer administrative assistance by aiding our consultants with troubleshooting issues related to our online systems and platforms, and organizing/analyzing basic data using Excel/spreadsheets for our Student Support team.
• Manage highly sensitive documents with utmost care.
• No prior experience is necessary for this position, although a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales is preferred.
• Must be technologically savvy and eager to learn new tools.
• Familiarity with online research is essential.
• Should be a self-motivated learner capable of systematically experimenting to refine our customer service and sales processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and a willingness to explore new software for enhanced efficiency and record-keeping is required.
• Bonus: Fluency in both English and French is considered advantageous.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
